Victory in the 400m

Kcaysha Medas-King came out victorious in the 400m in again the most anticipated event of the day the girls 400m dash. With the top athletes from across 25 states including the mighty California kcaysha ran a superb race from start to finish to defend her title and also defeated the favourite Jada Kenner who won the 100m and 200m in distinctive fashion. With Jada Kenner having the fastest time going into the finals it was clear she was in a mood for a clean sweep. Just before the race Kcaysha said that she owns the 400m and while she was defeated in the 100m and 200m because I was out for a year due to injuries she’s not prepared to give up the 400m title.I feel great this morning kcaysha said with a smile on her face im going to do this im going to win back my 400m title and its mine to keep. With the favourite in lane four and kcaysha in lane 2 she said i needed to see her and I get that lane so i will use it to my advantage something she did . With regions coming up in a few weeks and the Junior Olympic games in three weeks Kcaysha Medas-King said she will be going back to the drawing board and plan the way forward with her coach.
